Young Leaders Award

Last term a group of year 7 students took part in a Young Leaders Award.

Students joined in activities designed to strengthen their communication, organisation and team-building skills. These activities were supervised by both members of Heritage High Schools own P.E. Department as well as external visitors from Bolsover District Council.

The members of staff attending the event are extremely proud of all students that took part in the award, they also received some highly positive feedback from the visitors from Bolsover Council.

All students can now progress along the Heritage Sports Leadership Pathway, giving these students a number of extra awards and certificates to prepare them for a range of career and personal choices in later life.
